apparently
my sister is lactose intolerant - how does that freaking happen?!?!?!?!?! she literally has no lactase enzymes in her body and yet I keep catching her eating gogurt’s like it’s no big deal. i guess that solves the constipation mystery, since her gluten intolerance didn’t clear that up. i do not envy her gluten/lactose intolerant state of being. at the same time, she doesn’t give too many shits about it (haha - realistic pun), so i’m not going to pity her either. i just can’t imagine being 13 years old & not knowing you’re lactose intolerant.

this will be my week - just gotta take my prescribed dose for once instead of wimping out in order to get 10 hours of sleep
even best friends misspell last names sometimes - haha
i wish there was a photo that was taken at the beginning of every friendship that I have with people - namely people I grew up with. its crazy to think that at the age of 4 we connected & then again in our teen years… & we’re still quite different from each other!
