3.83 for the semester ! I doubt next semester will go so well, but at this rate I have at least a chance of graduating with honors.
in other news, i have this horrible cold that is slowly going away & I am getting ready to head to the airport in a couple hours!
Holiday Schedule Thus Far -
I suppose it’s been a while since I’ve blatantly shared the details of my schedule, but figured in the midst of all the rush, it’d be good to have it here for anyone to refer to ( who am I kidding, Carrie & Katie are the only people who need to see this, haha)

played a drinking game to hangover 2. beasted (sorta?) at pong with friends. ended up crying and nauseous on the floor because I hate my meds - well - i hate that my meds mess with how I deal with alcohol. Finally was forced to go to the bathroom after Adam brought out his sugar glider. Threw up and mustered the strength to walk back. how embarrassing.
Calculating Grades Makes Finals Week Seem Easy
If I want to get all A’s or A-’s, this is the minimum grade I have to get on the final - if I had motivation before to study, calculating grades has made me lose my motivation.

got some soup with Carrie. ate the soup for 1/8 of the time & talked the rest. it was a great reunion. also I stole my first ever spoon so that I can make an ornament!
then i decorated my own miniature christmas tree, made hot chocolate, helped my mom make waffles, and talked to my parents about their views on alcohol. can’t say it was a good or bad thing, really. successful saturday...
hair-dresser rant
my neighbor has done my hair for the last 4 years. she started out at one salon, moved to a higher quality one, and once again has switched to a higher quality salon. I used to pay about $30 or so for a cut, then $45, and now I’m going to have to pay $55.
On top of that, if I want the highlights I’ve always gotten, I have to pay $80 at her new salon plus $55 for a hair cut. I used to...

unofficially hired, at least. i got a call this evening saying that i will indefinitely be hired, but the logistics of getting that accomplished is taking longer than anticipated.
now I get to divide my time between two jobs, which may means I’ll be willing to work more hours overall? i sure hope so.
